Bring More Trains to Battersea Park Station

A new south east – south west connection providing regular London Overground services at Battersea Park Station on the South London Line

Kim Caddy is campaigning for more trains to stop at Battersea Park Station.

London Overground currently runs  a limited one service per day in and out of Battersea Park Station on the South London Line. Infrastructure and signalling is currently in place to accommodate an increase in the number and frequency of these services.

A new regular London Overground services at Battersea Park Station will: 

• Create new direct links from South East London to Battersea
• Create new connections and the possibility for improved interchange across south London
• Provide new direct connections from Nine Elms to several other Opportunity Areas in London , including the City Fringe, Old Kent Road and Canada Water

whilst…

• Making use of existing signalling and track infrastructure at minimal cost
